Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("ToS") define the conditions of access and use of the HerbaCRM platform, a management tool designed for wellness, nutrition, and fitness coaches.

2. Access to the Service

Use of HerbaCRM is restricted to legal adults with full legal capacity. HerbaCRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of a violation of these ToS.

3. Features

  • Challenger management
  • Tracking of body measurements and orders
  • Personal dashboard
  • Referral system (available with the active subscription)

4. Subscription and Payments

HerbaCRM provides a single paid subscription, billed monthly via Stripe. Users can cancel their subscription at any time, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of the current paid period.

5. Referral / Affiliate Program

5.1 Overview

HerbaCRM allows active subscribers to refer new users and receive monthly commissions:

  • 40% on direct referrals (level 1)
  • 10% on level 2
  • 10% on level 3

Commissions are calculated on the pre-tax subscription amount.

5.2 Commission Pot & Withdrawals

Commissions are stored in a personal pot. Withdrawals are possible once a minimum threshold is reached and the user has submitted valid bank details.

Tax Responsibility: The coach is solely responsible for declaring the received commissions in accordance with the laws of their country of residence. HerbaCRM will not issue any fiscal documents or certificates.

5.3 Expiration of Commissions

Any commission not claimed within 12 months of its allocation will automatically expire and be forfeited.

6. Personal Data

HerbaCRM complies with applicable data protection regulations. No data is sold to third parties. Users may request the deletion of their data at any time.

7. Liability

HerbaCRM is provided "as is". Users are solely responsible for their own business activity and for complying with local regulations.

8. Changes

HerbaCRM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified in case of significant changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
